Returns:
Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. This is due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our luxury raw hair products.
Exchanges
While we do not accept returns, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of your purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
• Hair must be in its original, untouched condition
• All packaging, labels, and seals must remain intact
• The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered You may exchange your item for another of equal value, or opt to receive store credit toward a future purchase.
Please note:
• Return shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery
Non-Exchangeable Items:
The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:
• Custom-made or made-to-order products
• Any hair that has been opened, worn, dyed, washed, or tampered with in any way
Order Cancellations
To ensure the fastest possible service, orders are processed immediately upon placement. As such, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once confirmed.
